During our experience we have seen that each company reality has its own peculiar work environment  that characterizes the way it operates and its business style.

To make best use of external consultants very strongly structured actions need to be performed that permit the healthy and effective integration of them with the internal management style, operation modes and business style.

To furnish a support that is not in harmony with the customer’s internal characteristics not only does not give the expected results but can actually create more damage than good like dangerous inefficiencies and structure inconsistencies.

For “High-Tech” companies , where each resource’s input is even more important and delicate this is extremely evident.

We at New Technology Consultants are convinced that the concept of the classical consultant is not what is best for today’s customers. During our experience with all our past customers we have seen that every company has its own peculiar work environment and culture that characterizes the company’s operation in all facets. To optimize consultant work within these structures highly focused and well structured operations must be created that are in total “harmony” with the existing company, value, culture, mentality and work ethic to maximize positive interaction and results.

To furnish a service that is not in perfect harmony with the customer’s internal characteristics not only is not positive for the customer but can actually cause damage with dangerous inconsistancies and inefficiencies. Even more so for “high-tech” companies, where the participation of the single resource is extremely important.

We at NTC are convinced that the concept of the classical consultant that “comes into a structure and fixes it” from the outside is not only reductive but wrong. It’s our basic idea that the consultant’s activity has transformed itself today into a much more mature and focused interaction with a consultancy  “Partner” that is in complete harmony and understanding of the company environment they are part of and cooperate with

Once a good synchronism is obtained with the customer the transformations that are necessary to reach the desired goals can be obtained in complete concert with the General Management and the first line of managers.

This new consultancy figure is seen as a real collaborator or “team player” that can interact intelligently, harmoniously, efficiently and without hassels or issues with the “Partner company” that is being worked with. This way a common path is followed that brings forward a strategic change with large horizons even if the project was limited in scope.

The feeling we like to leave is one of a “team player” instead of an external consultant who comes and goes and that at times can be perceived as cumbersome and an obstruction.
