We are an experienced group of Technical business Managers and Consultants, Engineers, and Project Managers, specialized in the resolution of particular problems that are found at the boundary between the Technical and Business management worlds.

The group was founded in 1992 , is based in Rome, with the majority of projects developed in Northern Italy, Triveneto, Lombardy, Piedmont regions, East and Western Europe, Japan, North Africa, UAE and United States.

We have a wide and consolidated group of more than 28 consultants coming from a wide range of technical sectors that cooperate in an “ad hoc” fashion depending on the nature and articulation of the specific problem that needs to be solved.

We can give experienced guidance even on the most complex projects, minimizing problems , opening doors and by creating links and opportunities that our clients would not be able to find alone.

We know quite well that a single solution cannot fit every need. So we are specialized in furnishing in brief periods of time solutions to problems and special requests by developing of plans and action plan proposals specially made to spec for the client’s true needs and issues.

The specific solution is tailored around the real specific needs in a detailed, well structured and confidential manner. Our solutions are always agreed upon with the clients prior to our execution of the plan itself: we have through the years come to identify a well oiled set of typical methods used to interface and operate with our clients.

All our actions are previously discussed, revised and approved with management so that a healthy, interactive and “NO SURPRISES” environment is created that uses structured supervision tools so that the client is and remains in control of the consultancy at all times and ahs a clear indication of how the work is proceeding at all times.

Here we have found those projects where the pure technical portion is present, but the essence of the problem is tied to issues regarding external companies, universities, market, financing, competitors and other organisations with which to work. In a nutshell this is the area where a solution must be found and a program must be organized where the technical portion is present but is not the essence of the issue.

Technical Organizational Management (Project Organization)

Represents the second tier of the Pyramid. Here we find all those projects where the focus is on the organization of the project or on how the organization interacts with the external world and how it is perceived. The essence of this level is tied to all those problems that the compnay has to tackle when it must interact with external technical structures or products with external goups tied to markets financing, competition, or cooperating companies It is the typical area where a program or project must be developed where the Organizational / Interelational portio

Design ( Basic product design)

This represents the fourth level of the Pyramid.

Here all those basic design projects are processed where the focus is on the classical engineering design and validation. The essence of this level is tied to problems and challenges regarding the launch of a new product. In this area pure technical design expertise is king and the basic focus.
