New Technology Consultants (NTC) is a group of Technical Business Managers, Consultants, Engineers and Project Managers with extensive “hand’s on” experience; specialized in resolving problems that can be found at the boundaries between the technical, business and management worlds.

New Technology Consultants (NTC) was founded in 1990 , is based in Rome with the majority of projects developed in the Northern Italian regions of Triveneto, Lombardy, Piedmont, West and Eastern Europe, United States, South America, Japan, North Africa and Dubai.

We have a wide and consolidated pool of over 25 consultants that come from various technical and business sectors  that cooperate on a “case by case” basis depending on the nature and specific articulation of the various projects on which we are called to operate.

We are capable of delivering valid guidance even for the most complicated projects, eliminating problems and most of all by opening doors e creating links and opportunities that would not be otherwise possible for our customers.

At NTC we know very well that a single solution cannot be optimal for all necessities. We formulate, in short periods of time, specialized solutions to specific customer requests and problems by generating dedicated implementation plans that are specifically characterized on a case by case basis to the real needs of the customer we operate with.

All the  specific solutions we propose are  “tailored” around the actual specific customer‘s needs in a detailed and highly confidential mode. Our solutions are always agreed upon with our customers: we have in time implemented a portfolio of  well proven methods of operation for our various project areas.

All our actions are preliminarily discussed, revised and approved with top management so that a  healthy , interactive and “ no surprises” common working environment is created. We use project management supervisory tools regularly so that the client has a clear, objective and serene vision of how the activity is progressing. 

We have during NTC’s past experience identified four typical areas of intervention that concretely define our “top-down” approach, structured in an integrated manner so as to solve critical issues and problem areas.

We operate in these four areas in diverse ways utilizing a specific team of different associate consultants depending on the specific needs..
